You need passport and a minimum age of 18 years old.
The time for pick up the bikes is from 10AM to 1PM.
The time for drop off the bikes is from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
No, we have a flat-rate price, from 10AM to 6.30PM.
You can pay with cash, credit card or debit card.
The return can be made at our store, or for an additional fee, we can pick them up at the last winery visited.
No, it is not allowed, and you will be charged a fine if you do.
No, the associated wineries are the only ones that can be visited with our bikes, you must choose from the options offered.

Yes, it is safe. The circuits are set up to guarantee the integrity of our cyclists and for them to enjoy the experience to the fullest. They have a large part of the route with cycle paths and the rest of the way, paved streets accessible for circulation.
NNo, our bikes are for adults, size 28-inch wheels. We also do not have baby/child seats available.
You contact us by WhatsApp or call and in a short period of time we solve your problem, so you can continue enjoying your day.
No, our minimum rental is for 2 people, for the cyclist's safety.
Yes, all the wineries required previous reservation. But do not worry, we can make it for you, just let us know which one you want to visit and we organize your day.

For making tour and tasting, you need hour and half in each winery.
Our urban bikes have backpacks and baskets to carry your wines.
You have differents options: Uber, Taxi, or Bus Line 700 (look Vistalba Bikes in Google Maps, pick the bus icon and done!), we are at 100mts from the bus station.
