We cycled around Lujan De... read more Cuyo, had lunch at a vineyard, had a tasting at another, watched the sunset at even another vineyard, and finally biked back to our Airbnb as dusk drifted further away from light. This town, Lujan de Cuya, is idyllic and enduring. Wineries on both sides of the main street. The Andes towering over the cypress trees. I will never forget the five or so days I spent there. Make sure to visit Vistalba Bodega, or is it Bodega Vistalba. It's just around the bend on the main road in town and stands to host the best lunch I ever had.
